• The server doesn't draw the beer correctly: The tap handle should be opened quickly and completely when drawing beer. Hold the glass under the spout, at 45 degrees. Rinse the glass with water before drawing a beer.
Possible reasons are:
• The beer tube is not fully inserted in the keg
• The beer tube is not well placed inside the tap head of the appliance
• The beer tube is pinched
• The keg is empty
Yes, the first glass from the keg contains primarily foam that may be discarded. However, if the amount of foam in the subsequent glasses is the same, it is possible the keg is not cold enough.
