Mocha Espresso

  • 40 ml espresso
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 20 ml single cream


  • In a glass or cup, heat the milk with the hot milk function.
  • Put the cocoa powder into a cup and pour the coffee over the top.
  • Mix well. Pour the hot milk into this mixture.
  • Lightly whisk the cream and arrange carefully on top of the drink.


The whipped cream can be made using a siphon.
